無刷無環(huán)起動器是一種克服了繞線式異步電動機裝有滑環(huán)、碳刷和復雜的起動裝置等缺點，而保留了繞線電機起動電流小，起動轉(zhuǎn)矩大等優(yōu)點的起動設備。凡原來采用電阻起動器、電抗器、頻敏變阻器、液體變阻起動器、軟起動器起動的 JR、JZR、YR、YZR 三相繞線轉(zhuǎn)子交流異步電動機 (變速、裝有進相機的除外）均可選用“無刷無環(huán)起動器”來更新?lián)Q代。

無刷無環(huán)起動器把傳統(tǒng)的、繁瑣的、多觸點元件組成的起動裝置去掉，采用無刷無環(huán)運行，操作簡單，安裝拆卸方便，可大大減少維修費用，其優(yōu)點是：去掉滑環(huán)、碳刷、刷盒、刷盒支架、短路環(huán)及二次回路系統(tǒng)中的頻敏變阻器、交流接觸器、時間繼電器等元件，并可保持電機原有的運行特性。

無刷無環(huán)起動器的工作原理是利用電動機在起動過程中，轉(zhuǎn)子電流頻率 fz 隨轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速升高而降低的關系 fz=f1×S，當轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速由 0 上升到額定轉(zhuǎn)速 Ne 時，轉(zhuǎn)子電流頻率則從 50Hz 平滑地降至1~3Hz。起動器阻抗 Zp=rp+jxp,其中鐵損 rp的大小與頻率的平方成正比，隨著 fz 的降低，rp也隨之下降，電抗 Xp=ωLP，同理，Xp 也減少。當起動結(jié)束后，sf1 很小，Zp 則降到很小甚至近似于零，因此電動機在起動時，既能限制起動電流，也能提高功率因數(shù)和增大起動轉(zhuǎn)矩，是一種理想的起動裝置。
- PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTIC
The principle of starter is to use the current frequency of stator fz reduce when stator speed risingfz=f1xS, when the speed of stator rise 0 to rated speed ne, current frequency of stator from 50hz down to 1-3hz. of starter zp=rp+jxp, the size of iron loss rp is proportional to frequency square. with the reduction of fz, rp will go down, reactance xp=ωLp, xp will reduce. when the starting finish, sf1 is very small, zp will go down to nearly zero, so when starting, it not only limit the current, but also improve power factor and torque, which is an ideal starting equipment.
與WZR無刷自控電機軟起動器方式一致。
此電動機轉(zhuǎn)子出頭線有兩種：即50KW以上的電動機轉(zhuǎn)子有6個出頭線（A-A、B-B、C-C），50KW以下的電動機轉(zhuǎn)子只有3個出頭線，本公司生產(chǎn)的無刷無環(huán)起動器也按功率大小，設有6個或3個接線柱。起動器裝配完成后，將轉(zhuǎn)子的出線接在起動器接線柱對應位置（對于有六根出線的電動機，應將同一相的兩根導線，對稱地接在起動器的兩個接線柱上）即可，具體接線如下圖所示。
- INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
It is the same as WZR No Brush self-controlled motor soft starter.
There is 2 kind of out-head line of motor stator: 6 out-head line of more than 50KW motor stator(A-A、B-B、C-C). 3 out- head line of less than 50kw of stator. the starter also be designed 6-3 binding post according to power. after finishing the installation, pls connect the line to corresponding location of binding post.
